Preorders vs Presale vs In-Stock

What are preorders?

Preorders are made to order items. Once the preorder period is closed production for the items begin and typically take 1 - 3 months.

What is presale?

Presale refers to extra inventory that is ordered by us during the production stage. If for some reason you missed the preorder window then this is your next best chance of securing the item you want.

Ex. We receive 10 orders for an item during the preorder stage. When placing the bulk order with the manufacturer for production we ask for 15 pieces. Those 5 additional pieces will be available for presale and will be shipped along with the preorders at the end preorder process.

What is an in-stock item?

In-stock items are products that we have on hand and are ready for shipment. At the end of a preorder process this would be any remaining items left after all of the preorder/presale items have been successfully shipped.

Ex. Using the same example above. 15 pieces of one item is ordered. 10 of those pieces are reserved for preorder customers. Out of the 5 pieces that were made available for presale 3 pieces were purchased during that period. Once the shipment has been received, processed and all of 13 of the preorder and presale pieces have been shipped the remaining 2 pieces will be available as "in-stock" as we now have those physical  pieces in our possession, ready for shipment.

Preorder Process

There are 4 stages of the preorder process.

Stage 1: Preorder

This means preorders are open right now and you can place an order for that item. Check the description of the item to see the estimated shipment date. Ex. "THIS ITEM WILL SHIP BY JUNE 2035"

Stage 2: Production [Presale]

Preorders are closed and manufacturer begins production and this typically takes 1-3 months unless otherwise stated. During this stage "Presale" may be available for select products. This refers to extra [limited] inventory that is ordered along with the bulk preorder that you can order while the preorders are in production. The date estimated ship date will be the same as mentioned in the individual product description.

Stage 3: Processing

The products have been received by us and are now being sorted, counted, and labeled. Once the products are received by us you will receive an email making you aware of this and giving you the chance to update your shipping address if it has changed. Orders are fulfilled shortly afterwards.

Stage 4: Shipped

All preorders/presale orders have been shipped and tracking numbers have been sent to all customers. Search for "Kembeckled" in your email to make sure you didn't miss it. Please email customer service if you haven’t received a tracking number.
