Below are some of are common questions about our products.
First, hold the wig from the inside of the cap and shake. This will help separate the curls that have been smushed together during shipping! Next, fluff out the hair with your hands to add more volume to the wig while still maintaining the curls. Grab at the ends of the hair to remove any loose curls/strands that may be hanging on the outer part of the wig. See a video tutorial here
Cut and style the wig in the way that best fits you. You can comb it all out and make a mega fro or cut it all around the sides to make a flat top. The possibilities are endless. Make it unique to you! If you need inspo watch this video
When not in use, store your wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain its shape and wash only when necessary (roughly once every 10-14 days of wear but more often if your lifestyle or environment calls for it).
This is completely normal. The wig isn't shedding, there are just loose hairs/curls at the end that need to be removed once you receive your wig. Make sure to gently grab and pull at the ends of the hair to remove any excess hair that may still be hanging on from production! Please note that some wigs have more loose hairs than others so don't be alarmed.
- Wash product before use
- Hand wash using cool water and mild detergent (or machine wash on gentle cycle)
- Dry on low heat cycle or air dry
- Keep out of direct sunlight
- DO NOT BLEACH
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Yes! There is now a link in your confirmation email that will allow you to change your address! Please note that your address cannot be modified on our end once the order has been shipped out, so make sure to modify it as soon as you notice the discrepancy.
Processing Time:
2 - 7 Business Days
Orders received Tues-Thu typically ship out on Friday
Orders received Fri-Mon typically ship out on Tuesday
Processing time does not include shipping time selected at checkout.

*No refunds for packages returned to us due to insufficient addresses will be given.*
Shipping Time
Domestic (U.S.): 1 - 5 Business Days
International (outside of the U.S.): 2 - 10 Business Days
This means domestic orders typically arrive within 3-12 business days of the order being placed. International orders typically arrive within 4-17 business days of the order being placed.
Orders are processed between 2 - 7 business days. The customer is emailed a tracking number when the order is shipped and can take up to 48 hours before updating. If an unusual amount of time passes before showing an update, please contact us. Shipping estimates exclude Sundays, federal holidays, and unanticipated shipping delays. Delivery delays are not common but can occur and are not controlled by Kembeckled.
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any returns/exchanges.
Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible as some orders may ship the same day. We are unable to cancel orders which have been shipped and are en route to the customer.
Pre-orders: We cannot cancel any pre-order items once production has started as any preorder item purchased is customized and made to order for the customer. Please contact us within 48 hours of the order being placed to request cancellation. Any cancellation requests after that time frame may not be accomodated.
Yes, we do ship internationally.
International packages will be subject to additional fees for customs/duty charges imposed and collected by your country's customs office.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or paid in advance by Kembeckled.
We cannot mark packages as “gifts".
Answer #1: Your order has only in-stock items, but hasn't been processed yet.
In-Stock Items: Tracking numbers are sent out after an order has been processed and is ready to be shipped. Processing time is typically anywhere from 2-7 business days after the order has been placed. This timeframe increases during collection drops, major sitewide sales and Kembeckled’s attendance at conventions/markets.
If you haven't received a tracking number after 5 business days of your order being placed please contact us.
Answer #2: Your order contains a pre-order item.
Pre-order Items: Preorder items have a production time of 1-3 months. Once the products are made, the order is then processed and shipped. You will not receive a tracking number for your order until the proder items have been made and processed (1-3 months).
Once packages leave our warehouse we no longer have any control over it. There can be delays for various reasons from weather to holidays. Your best bet is to contact the shipping company directly.
Sometimes postal workers scan packages as “delivered” when they’re actually still in transit. When this happens the package typically arrives within 48 hours.
If 48 hours have passed since it’s been marked as “delivered” and your order has not arrived, then please email our Customer Service Team

Pre-orders
Below are some common questions about pre-orders.
Pre-orders give you the opportunity to purchase a style in any available color/pattern you'd like! Pre-orders are the perfect time to buy in bulk all of the items you've been eyeing that may not have been in-stock, as well as new releases. Customers tend to buy multiple products at once during this time. Once pre-orders are closed production time takes 1-3 months. Estimated shipping dates are placed in the description of each preorder item.
Orders that include both in-stock and preorder items will ship out all at once as we try to minimize waste by using fewer packaging boxes. We do not ship items separately. If you wish to receive you in-stock items before your preorder items then please place to separate orders. Please contact us at customerservice@kembeckled.com within 48 hours of your order being placed if anything in the order needs to be modified. Modification requests after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
