This means domestic orders arrive within 2-10 business days of the order being placed. International orders arrive within 3-15 business days of the order being placed.
Orders are processed between 1 - 5 business days. The customer is emailed a tracking number when the order is shipped and can take up to 48 hours before updating. If an unusual amount of time passes before showing an update, please contact us. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1 - 5 business days after the order has been shipped, excluding Sundays, federal holidays, and unanticipated shipping delays. Delivery delays are not common but can occur and are not controlled by Kembeckled Wigs.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on our wigs due to sanitation reasons.
Order cancellation requests should me made as soon as possible as some orders may ship the same day. We are unable to cancel orders which have been shipped and are en route to the customer.
First, hold the wig from the inside of the cap and shake. This will help separate the curls that have been smushed together during shipping! Next, fluff out the hair with your hands to add more volume to the wig while still maintaining the curls. Grab at the ends of the hair to remove any loose curls/strands that may be hanging on the outer part of the wig.
Cut and style the wig in the way that best fits you. You can comb it all out and make a mega fro or cut it all around the sides to make a flat top. The possibilities are endless. Make it unique to you!
When not in use, store your wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain its shape and wash only when necessary (roughly once every 10-14 days of wear but more often if your lifestyle or environment calls for it).
This is completely normal. The wig isn't shedding, there are just loose hairs/curls at the end that need to be removed once you receive your wig. Make sure to gently grab and pull at the ends of the hair to remove any excess hair that may still be hanging on from production! Please note that some wigs have more loose hairs than others so don't be alarmed.
Yes, we do ship internationally.
International packages will be subject to additional fees for customs/duty charges imposed and collected by your country's customs office.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or paid in advance by Kembeckled Wigs.
We cannot mark packages as “gifts".
