Política de envío

The site will have a soft close from 10/24/25 - 11/18/25 while we are out of the office. You will still be able to place an order within that timeframe but the orders placed will not begin shipping until 11/19/25.

Processing Time:

2 - 7 Business Days

Orders received Tues-Thu typically ship out on Friday

Orders received Fri-Mon typically ship out on Tuesday

Processing time does not include shipping time selected at checkout.

For an accurate estimation of when your order will arrive:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Order Delivery

This timeframe increases during collection drops, major sitewide sales and Kembeckled’s attendance at conventions/markets and does not include the preorder/presale timeframe (see below).

Shipping Time

Domestic (U.S.): 1 - 5 Business Days

International (outside of the U.S.): 2 - 10 Business Days

This means domestic orders typically arrive within 3-12 business days of the order being placed. International orders typically arrive within 4-17 business days of the order being placed.

Orders are processed between 2 - 7 business days. The customer is emailed a tracking number when the order is shipped and can take up to 48 hours before updating. If an unusual amount of time passes before showing an update, please contact us. Shipping estimates exclude Sundays, federal holidays, and unanticipated shipping delays. Delivery delays are not common but can occur and are not controlled by Kembeckled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We will email your tracking information once your order is shipped. Please monitor the status, as we won’t be responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed items. Lost parcels are non-refundable and not valid for replacement as they are out of our control once your parcels are handed over to the courier. However, you may contact our customer service team, and we’d be happy to provide you with a discount to repurchase. 

Note for International Orders

  • International packages will be subject to additional fees for customs/duty charges imposed and collected by your country's customs office.
  • Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or paid in advance by Kembeckled.
  • We cannot mark packages as “gifts".

 

PREORDERS

Pre-orders are made to order items. Once the pre-order period is closed production for the items begin and typically take 1 - 3 months.

Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started. Once all items are produced and received, standard processing and shipping time begins.

This means domestic orders arrive within 3 - 12 business days AFTER the 1-3 months of production . International orders arrive within 4-17 business days AFTER the 1-3 months of production. Estimated shipping dates are located in the description of each pre-order item so please make sure to read the description before placing your order.

Orders that include both in-stock and preorder items will ship out all at once as we try to minimize waste by using fewer packaging boxes.  We do not ship items separately. If you wish to receive your in-stock items before your preorder items then please place two separate orders. Please contact us at customerservice@kembeckled.com within 48 hours of your order being placed if anything in the order needs to be modified. Modification requests after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

PRESALE

Presale are for products that are already in production or in transit to the warehouse. We offer a small batch of the incoming stock for presale so that those who really want a popular item that is hard to keep in stock get a chance to secure it before the physical stock arrives.

PACKAGE UPDATE

Effective 12/29/23 all packages will have a label on it indicating that there must be a full recording of the package being opened in order to claim an item is incorrect/missing.
